Please note: This programme is flexible and can be adjusted to the needs of the group.
You will need loose, comfortable clothing, e.g. tracksuit bottoms, tee shirts, sweaters etc. No footwear is required for the yoga sessions. All equipment will be provided, however, if you prefer, feel free to bring your own yoga mat.
The House of Yoga cannot be held responsible for any injuries incurred during the retreat. Medical history forms must be completed on application. If you are unsure of your ability due to previous injuries, please inform me beforehand by calling to discuss your individual needs. Modifications can be made for students with special requirements.
