Welcome to the House of Yoga
The House of Yoga is an exclusive establishment, based in Plymouth, Devon, where you receive tailor-made expert tuition in small groups in a most peaceful, supportive and comfortable environment.
My aim is to give you as wide an experience of yoga as possible, to give you the tools to combat the stresses and strains of modern life, to maintain and improve your health and remain youthful in body and mind.
Each 90-minute session comprises breathing techniques, postures, meditation and relaxation.
Sadly, as we are entering a third lockdown, classes remain suspended till further notice. To maintain your physical and
mental health, do continue your daily practice of yoga or any other form of exercise and build in a period of daily meditation to keep you grounded, peaceful and in the moment.
