Breathing techniques – Meditation/Mindfulness – Relaxation

Many of us have suffered from fear, anxiety, depression and even loss during the last year. For this reason, I am offering a five-week course online in breathing techniques, meditation/mindfulness, and relaxation to give you the tools to take charge of your life.

 

During this course, you will learn techniques to help you restore positive mental health, give you clarity of mind and the tools to relax, heal and energise yourself.

The first session will start at 10am on Monday, November 1st, and this class will run every week.

The five -week course will cost a total of £50 which includes a bonus relaxation techniques CD to be used daily. The class will be delivered via Zoom.
